Shipping & lead time

How long will my order take?

Lead times vary by product because our items are built and shipped by different manufacturers. The estimate for each item is shown on its product page.

Home theater seating — most models are in stock and ship within a few business days. Freight transit is typically 1–2 weeks depending on your location. The carrier will call you to schedule delivery.

Star ceiling panels — typically ship within a week of your order.

Acoustic treatment — standard finishes ship in 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order finishes take approximately 3–4 weeks.

Cinema carpet — cut to order and shipped by freight carrier. Allow 2–3 weeks from order to delivery.

Orders with items from more than one category will arrive in separate shipments on different days. This is normal.

These are manufacturer estimates, not guarantees. If a manufacturer advises us of a delay on your order, we'll tell you the same day.

Starlight Ceiling Panel

Think of the Starlight panel as a way to bring depth to a ceiling instead of just covering it — a modular acoustic panel that builds a randomized, multi-depth night sky effect, one square at a time, so you can start small and expand as the room allows.

Available in 2x2 ft and 2x4 ft formats, it's built for compact rooms and layouts that have to work around speakers, lights, and vents — modular sizing means you're not forcing a fixed pattern into an irregular ceiling.

A few ways people use it:

  • Filling out a tight space — start with one precise square and build outward, so the layout adapts to the room instead of the room adapting to a fixed panel size
  • Working around existing fixtures — 2x2 or 2x4 ft sizing lets you route the pattern around speakers, recessed lights, and vents without breaking the effect
  • Getting real acoustic value, not just visual — the sound-absorbing surface pulls double duty as genuine acoustic treatment, same practical benefit you'd expect from a standard acoustic wall panel
  • Installing without a contractor — pre-built, low-voltage format keeps setup approachable for a DIY install

Key Features

Most ceiling treatments just cover a surface — this one adds depth to it, with a randomized field of stars set at different depths so the effect reads like an actual night sky rather than a printed pattern. It's sized to work with real rooms: choose 2x2 ft sections to build a small accent area or 2x4 ft panels to cover ground faster, with the modular format letting you route the layout around a ceiling speaker, vent, or recessed light instead of redesigning the room around the panel. It earns its place functionally too — the surface absorbs sound the same way a standard acoustic wall panel does, so a home theater or media room gets real acoustic benefit from something that would otherwise be pure decoration — and since it ships pre-built and runs on low-voltage power, most people can install it themselves without an electrician or contractor.
