How long will my order take?

Lead times vary by product because our items are built and shipped by different manufacturers. The estimate for each item is shown on its product page.

Home theater seating — most models are in stock and ship within a few business days. Freight transit is typically 1–2 weeks depending on your location. The carrier will call you to schedule delivery.

Star ceiling panels — typically ship within a week of your order.

Acoustic treatment — standard finishes ship in 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order finishes take approximately 3–4 weeks.

Cinema carpet — cut to order and shipped by freight carrier. Allow 2–3 weeks from order to delivery.

Orders with items from more than one category will arrive in separate shipments on different days. This is normal.

These are manufacturer estimates, not guarantees. If a manufacturer advises us of a delay on your order, we'll tell you the same day.
